By accessing or using the VATARGO platform and website at vatargo.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

VATARGO provides tools and services related to digital identity management, privacy-focused communication, and online presence. The platform is designed to help users organize and manage their digital activities.

VATARGO is currently in development. Features, functionality, and availability are subject to change without notice during the early access and development phases. No guarantees are made regarding the completeness, reliability, or availability of any feature during this period.

3. Early Access

The VATARGO platform is currently under active development and is not yet publicly available. By requesting early access, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Service is under active development and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Access is granted at our sole discretion and may be revoked at any time without notice
• The Service may experience planned or unplanned downtime, interruptions, or data resets
• Features available during early access may change, be modified, or be removed in future releases
• Performance, stability, and functionality are not guaranteed during the development phase

• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VATARGO Cloud shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
